"Nice little hotel style room with a comfortable bed. We didn’t have time to enjoy much of the amenities like the pool. But just a short walk was the very large beach to the sea. Great view. Can get you lost it’s so big. We were very busy so didn’t relax much at this place but it was fairly close where we needed to be. The very big downside to this place is NO PARKING NEAR THE RENTAL. 3-5 blocks away is where you need to park which is not convenient if you’re not fit enough to trudge that far...

"Great property with excellent walkability. Not much of a full stocked kitchen if wanting to cook, but we were there for a partial week and mostly ate out. Loved the spacious patio. Having a washer/dryer was quite nice. Elevator was broken so carrying heavy bags to/from the 3rd floor was a bit of a chore."

"This property is literally just one giant open room (bathrooms included) so if you’re not comfortable with the people you’re traveling with, I don’t suggest this place!! Great for our bachelorette trip. The place seemed clean on the surface, but was a little dirty up close. Crumbs on the floor, streaks on the bathroom appliances, questionable dust in the bathtub, but at least the beds were clean!"

"My friends and I stayed here for the first part of our trip and ran into many complications. The place was dirty, felt unclean, and when we were given a new place (I will say the property manager responded promptly), the SECOND place was also dirty, had rain water pouring in from the ceiling and the ground, and was just a mess. We were given towels for the water and... that was it. It felt disgusting to stay there or in the first place and definitely went through a hassle to get a refund. DO NOT...

"At first glance, place looks tidy and well kept. But as you start to look, you see the place is gross. Very gross. Its also WAY SMALLER than the photos make it appear We arrived late in the evening and within an hour we were packing up and leaving because the place had Cockroaches...so at midnight we were having to look for a new place to spend our Christmas vacation. It doesnt appear like vrbo is giving me the option to post photos. The bathroom was gross with mold and filthy tiles. Windows...

"Communication was good and my request for ground floor was honored. However the property was UNwelcoming. The floors in every room were worn to the extent there were white marks everywhere. The curtains did not fit the windows and the curtains had to be kept closed at all times. Blinds would have been nicer. Moving to the king size bathroom. Toilet was very loose cabinet above the sink was broken and the plug did not seal so we couldn’t fill the sink with water. Pumps in shampoo and conditioner...

"The property was exactly as pictured and was very clean when we arrived. The property is very spacious and works well for groups. My friends and I stayed here for a concert and it was the perfect location. It's located in Miami Beach so you're not getting all ofnthe traffic that comes with Miami itself. The view was gorgeous as well. The host was very communicative and gave me all the information i needed without having to ask. "
