The apartment is located on the ground floor of a multi-family complex. Each unit has its own parking space. It's located in a very cozy and centric neighborhood. The apartment is very bright and with big spaces. A queen bed in the main bedroom and 2 single beds in the second bedroom.
A Sofa bed in the living room (please let us know so we can prepare it for you).
Paid Washer&Dryer are shared with other guests and it's located in a common area of the house. It has a cost of $1.75 for Washer and a $1.75 for Dryer.

Check-in is completed online, and a refundable damage deposit ranging from $300 to $500 is required. This deposit will be returned 2 to 5 business days after check-out, provided there is no damage to the property.
Alternatively, you can opt for a non-refundable damage waiver, which ranges from $50 to $80 USD.
To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
