Spacious 2 bedroom apt, not even 1 minute by walk to the beach !
It's just across the street!
Close to FAENA, EDITION, FOUNTAINBLEU, WORLD FAMOUS BARS AND RESTAURANTS

Walking distance to the famous Lincoln Rd and Ocean dr!
Grocery stores,restaurants , tours..

We are very happy you have chosen to stay in our apartment and we really appreciate your stay ! We would like to kindly ask you to follow our house rules.
Please note this is our HOME , not the hotel , please treat it like your home.

Please respect our check-in and check-out times:
• Check-in no earlier then 3PM (Early check in upon availability)

• Check-out no later then 10AM (If not respected $50 fee for rescheduling cleaning service)

Please take trash out daily (to find trash bins, exit from elevator on the first floor to the right, and exit through the second gray door)

• NO SAND AT THE APARTMENT
• No parties or events
• No noise/loud music after 10pm
• No smoking inside ($500 fine)
• No extra guests without approval
• Don't store trash in the apartment for days please.
