This condo in Brickell screams "MIAMI". Walking distance to surrounding bars, restaurants, coffee shops and stores. This condo has a fully equipped kitchen, coffee bar and the couch turns into a very comfortable sofa bed. You have your own balcony with cement walls between balconies to give privacy. On the 14th floor you will find 2 heated large pools, a hot tub, a fitness center & a laundry room. Parking for one car is included! Paid street parking is also available. South beach is only 6 miles away, Wynwood 5 miles, Little Havana 4 miles, Kaseya 1 mile.
