Housekeeping is not included in the price of the rental. Housekeeping will be paid directly to the resort during your stay.

Housekeeping fees are mandatory and are as follows:
Housekeeping services received at checkout only- Flat fee $155 plus tax

If you request cleanings during your stay the fee is $80 plus tax each clean.
If you receive cleaning during your stay the rental is still subject to the checkout housekeeping flat fee.

Most Enjoyable Stay Ever
I absolutely loved this suite and the resort as well. Check in was a breeze and the vibe was all of that and then some. I only had one issue and that was the sheets weren't clean but the front desk wasted no time getting us clean sheets so over all we really enjoyed our stay cant wait to do it again.

Couldn’t have picked a better place for my partner and myself to stay in Miami. This unit is exactly as pictured, and it is fabulous. From the size of the room (huge), to the incredible view, and amenities of the Fontaine Bleau, it exceeded our expectations. Do yourself favor, stay here.

Lovely Place to Stay
My wife and I wanted to experience Miami while enjoying the beach AND an ocean view. This place offered all of the above. The condo was lovely. The hotel experience was luxurious, with access to the beautiful pools and the spa. If these things interest you, this is likely the place for you.

Check in process was smooth. Only thing we did not like was that the cabanas blocked the view on the beach unless you get one. If it had been more than just myself and my spouse, we would’ve rented, but didn’t make sense with only two people.

My husband and I absolutely loved this property. The view from the balcony was absolutely gorgeous. The check in/out process was quick and painless. The staff was pleasant and extremely helpful. Anniversary stay
Stayed for seven days. Looked over bill at checkout and was charged for twice for cleaning on top of the mandatory cleaning at end of stay. We didn’t ask for cleaning service but they did it anyway and tried to charge for it. They didn’t question and took it off. Overall was good but felt like they tried to get extra money out of us.

Wish we could have stayed longer!
We stopped through on our way to Key West. I wish we knew about this place sooner as we would have stayed at least 2 nights. Super clean and friendly staff. The check in process was a little confusing as the front desk wrote down a room number that didn’t exist. But then we remembered to look at the confirmation email and was able to find it. The view was breathtaking and we will be back!

It was an overall great experience. The view and the room where very nice. The housekeeping could of done a better job. The room hadn’t been cleaned properly, there where items left from the person who had stayed before us, the floor wasn’t vacuumed properly and the mirrors weren’t cleaned.
