The SUNSHINE Studio is a gorgeous apartment very well decorated, bright, clean, fully furnished & all equipped with a large POOL and DECK, located in the heart of South Beach!!!

You will be able to enjoy its large POOL with deck chairs and its garden with table and chairs all around to relax and chat while taking a drink.
The building is also one of the very rare Art Deco property providing a mini-gym to its guests. You will also have access to a bike station and laundry room with many washers & dryers.
The property is also very safe thanks to its gates, security doors with digicode and its 24/7 video camera system.
Note that everything is also included during the stay: electricity, water, cable and the Internet WIFI.

PERFECT LOCATION, all the best spots in South Beach are only a few minutes away:

- 2 blocks from the BEACH and its beach walk.
- 10mn walking distance from Lincoln Road (restaurants, clubs, bars, stores and banks),

The property had roaches. I saw 6 on the first day. I left at 2:00 am because I woke up to one on my nightstand. The property has refused to issue a refund even though I only stayed 10 hours of a 7 day rental. VRBO hasn’t covered it so I’m now working through my credit card company to refund the $1500. Please beware of this property and the insulting owner.

Great Stay!
Great Location! Easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed the great pool and deck area with lots of seating options for relaxation. The building was cute and the room was great for the 2 of us. The people at the building were really friendly. We would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

Paradise!
The condo is beautifully decorated with a modern flair. Nice view from the windows as well. Extremely clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies, bath towels and extra blankets; and beach chairs too! There is a lovely pool and gardens and a great gym. All this and you are only 2 blocks from an outstanding beach. We will def visit again.

Amazing!
We had a great stay here in Miami! The location was perfect, a very short walk from the beach , the beach walk, and many cute restaurants and cafes! Also close to bike rentals which we used, that made for an easy bike ride to south beach! The condo itself was nice and clean, had everything we needed and the owner was super quick to reply whenever we had questions and made everything he could super convenient for us! The pool was probably our favorite part!! Beautiful, clean, quiet and relaxing!!! I’d stay again!

AMAZING BEACH SIDE OASIS
An very clean, conveniently located, and comfortable condo. The location was ideal and close to everything yet tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the main road in Miami Beach. Easy access to trolley and beach front. The pool was very clean and quiet. Great addition of beach gear. Very hard to find a place with a small kitchen so this was an added plus. Would most certainly stay again! Thank you!

Cute, clean, comfortable studio. Perfect for a couple. Nice that it's walking distance to the boardwalk. About a 25-minute walk to Southbeach. Didn't like that there was no parking (only off-site parking). Is not (as listed) in the heart of South beach. Also listed as 2 bedrooms with a double-futon, but is a studio apartment with a queen bed.

Beautiful property
The location was excellent (not even 10 minutes walk to the beach) and the building / property excellently maintained (amazing outdoor pool albeit not heated). However, while the appartment is renovated with functioning kitchen and bathroom, it is a bit dated and a few things are in need of fixing (e.g., cracked floor tiles, 2 broken light bulbs). Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay.

Our stay at Mantell Plaza was wonderful. Myself & teenage daughter planned a last minute trip in order to visit colleges in Miami. Our studio apt was clean. Uber had np with location. Apt had full EVERYTHING!! Was very clean quiet and so comfortable .Pool was clean location is 2 blocks from the beach. Short walk or free trolley 🚎 to places to eat .. nice evening walks . Our new “ go to “ when Miami !!!!

The place was clean but needs dusting. Location was very convenient to a lot of things. It’s a 2 minute walk to collins street where there are plenty of restaurants and shopping. The beach is 5 minute walk and we rented chairs and ordered food/drinks on the beach, which was very good. You don’t need a vehicle but if you do parking will be challenging. I will stay again next time I’m in the area

Retirement Celebration
This property was clean, beautiful and very private. The grounds were well maintained and gorgeous! The location was prime…. a five minute walk to the beach, all amenities really close and within walking distance. The apartment was well-equipped and clean. The property owner was very accessible, kind and accommodating. The only suggestion would be to have more maintenance done on the weight room equipment.

Nice Stay
My wife and I had a nice stay. Check-in was a little confusing. I suggest you verify everything at least a day ahead of time. The apartment was as described. Clean, well equipped but could use some maintenance on the floor (loose tiles). The only issue we had was the slow/intermittent WiFi. Cell service was fine but running a laptop/Ipad was challenging. We stayed for 5 days. Parked in garage G12 ($20/day) if you don’t go in and out. The one-block walk from the garage was easy – crossed a pedestrian bridge at the end. Walking to the beach/boardwalk was short – crossed a different bridge. Citi Bike rentals and a trolley stop were close by. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.

Superb Location & Nice Facilities
The building has a pool, gym, and great room which are quite nice. It's tucked away just off one of the main roads that run past the hotels along the ocean. 24th has it's own pedestrian bridge that brings you over to the pedestrian & bike trail that runs up & down the beaches. The only issue I had was the cleaning chemicals used on the apartment were a bit overpowering when I entered the apartment and it took a while for the smell to dissipate. Other than that, the apartment was pretty nice with good morning light.

Perfect, stylish studio in an ideal location
The Space Very thoughtfully decorated with everything you might need! Much, much nicer than similar places in south beach for the same price. Comfortable bed, Iron, mini shampoos, closet area to hang clothes, old school gas stove but worked perfectly for our purposes. Cute pool area and small gym in the building as well. Property manager was very responsive and helpful. Detailed check in instructions provided. We have nothing bad to say about the stay! Location The building is very central to Miami Beach and south beach, close the the W hotel. It’s in a nice quiet neighborhood/building but right outside you cross over a little pedestrian bridge and you’re right on Collins Ave with plenty of restaurants, shops, etc. You can walk to all of the main areas in south beach within about 15 mins.

I informed the host about some construction noise so they could let another guest know and I was given the worst attitude because of it. Also it’s a law in Miami to meet and check in the guest which they never did. And also the code to get in the building was incorrect as well. The people who work at Mantell plaza are great. Don’t waste your money. Worst stay I’ve ever had anywhere
Host was incredibly rude and unprofessional. He fell asleep when it was time to check in and left us stranded outside the unit all night when we arrived. There were roaches all over the unit that would crawl onto the bed and into our food/drinks. The property manager of the building is just as rude as the host as well. This host threatened and harassed us through email the whole trip and made our trip to Miami horrible. There’s other reviews saying the same thing and I didn’t believe them at first. Wish I had listened to what others are saying. I’m sure he’ll respond to this with rudeness and unprofessionalism as well which only proves what I say is true.
