Beautiful views
This was a perfect vacation spot for our family of 5. The unit was spacious and tons of closet/storage space(not that we needed all of it).
Pros:
•The view and the balcony. It was near perfect
•The space and layout of the room (3BRs and 3 Baths)
•Beach service included…2 chairs and an umbrella every day was great.
•Proximity to shopping and restaurants
•I liked that our elevator/key took us to our room only and that the residences are completely separate entrance than the hotel’s.
•Beds were comfortable for the most part
•Pantry storage was nice
•Everything pretty much as advertised
Cons:
•The walk to the beach service. Once you get to the beach it’s a long walk down to the designated area.
•No real comfortable place to sit in the unit.
•The parking garage is on the hotel side where the elevators are terrible and sometimes not working. Had to walk up a couple flights of stairs to get to my car. There is a valet option but we did self parking. $175 plus tax for the entire stay for self park. Not ideal but we did know about it before we booked.
•The resort was a little stingy with pool towels. We got one for beach and could not exchange it for a clean one at the pool. Only one towel a day.
Overall it was a great stay. When I looked up the main building(after I booked this unit) I got nervous because of all of the complaints about the elevator online. This was for the hotel. Our side of the building had fast and easy elevators the whole time.
