I was greeted with smiles and kindness from the airport shuttle driver to the front desk personnel when I called in for my shuttle at the Miami airport. This has been the best of my three experiences at Miami! This facility staff has gone more than beyond their hospitality and professionalism. As someone who doesn't speak Spanish, it was also straightforward to communicate here at this hotel with the prominent people who were all fluent in English. Thank you so much. I will surely be back for the stay!

The one complaint I have about this hotel causing me to give it 3 stars overall when everything else is 5 stars is the fact that the beds are ridiculously firm. I woke up every morning I stayed there aching from how hard the mattresses are.

Newly renovated. IHG took over a few months ago it was a Cambria hotel. I booked this hotel after a week cruise because it was close to hotel and they offered free shuttle to airport (No option for free ride to/from cruise port.) once we arrived they let us check in early with option to have a roll away sent up for an extra guest to nap on (they had a flight later in the day so was hanging out with us for a bit). Super friendly staff!
