This 1-bedroom unit, featuring a queen bed and a smart TV, is perfect for your short stay. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, and utensils. The unit is located on the first floor, offering easy accessibility. Parking on the premises is shared with other units; if occupied, there's free street parking nearby.

The access to the house is through a smart lock, so check-in and check-out are seamless. The main door is with regular key, instructions will be handed by inbox prior to check-in.

It is important to understand that as a host, we will offer essential items for your stay, having extras kept inside cabinets. Afterward, you must personally supply yourself within the ongoing reservation.

Our check-in and check-out processes are fully remote for your convenience. You will receive information about the procedure, which will be shared via direct message or through our guest portal, along with detailed instructions.
Check-in is completed online, and a refundable damage deposit ranging from $300 to $500 is required. This deposit will be returned 2 to 5 business days after check-out, provided there is no damage to the property.
Alternatively, you can opt for a non-refundable damage waiver, which ranges from $50 to $80 USD.
To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

PROGRAMMED FUMIGATION
To ensure cleaning quality and pest control on all of our units, between the 20th and 30th of each month, we conduct a special pest cleaning on all of our units. This procedure is essential in keeping our units free of insects for all of our current and future guests, that's why we ask to collaborate and give our team access on the designated day. This procedure is mandatory for all units and we expect your collaboration.
