We loved our staying at this hotel. Despite our first room, the night curtains weren’t working and the sink was blocked. They moved us to another room with the same amazing view. No complain whatsoever. Staff was super nice and friendly. Property and the room were very clean. Definitely recommend it and will book again.

I really liked this property. I was skeptical to book as some of the reviews were not that complementary. I am so glad I decided to book. The Room is small but comfortable. The property is clean. The only draw back for me was the size of the bathroom. It is too small. The location. Is great and has a lot of transit close by to get to some close shopping. Brand new Target is walking distance and it is next to some good eating spots. Will definitely visit again if in MIA.

Very poor service. Highly racial towards whites and black Americans. Most of the employees didn’t even speak English And most likely are illegal. I asked for towels at front desk and they wouldn’t even give them to me and said someone would have to enter my room for me to get more towels. I told them no because I had valuables in theirs and I really didn’t trust the staff they had. I didn’t even use the safe and wore my jewelry the whole time. Further more I was thier for 5 days and 4 nights when I said I had a late flight and I wanted to use thier luggage service, they almost refused my backpack because I am white. My back pack held over 30 lbs worth of books and after making. A scene and wanting to talk to the manager. The representative was like okay they will take my bag. I didn’t get to even speak with a manager or I would’ve told them of my displeasur. I called over a month in advance and informed them of my situation…. Idc if they let me stay at their hotels for free for the next year. I will never be staying their again, I am a frequent traveler and I guarantee this is not a 4 star hotel…it is a 2 star maybe 3 star at best… the staff is very sketchy and they are not accommodating at all, I’ve stayed at 2 star hotels with better customer service than this
