Booked a stay for one night as a precruise. Shuttles to ship next day are first come first served. We had a late flight, so we had to pay an Uber. Breakfast was packed, so no place to sit. Took a bit of work to catch shuttle to hotel. However, so convenient would do again.

Front desk staff and security were very nice and helpful. The rooms were fine for the price we paid and so was the breakfast. Very convenient that it’s right next to the airport.

It’s a Hotel close to Miami airport and has transportation to Cruise Terminal… Rooms are average. Free Breakfast is just breakfast, terrible coffee product, had to walk down the road to McDonald’s for coffee, only 2 elevators, one was out of commission. For the past few days the staff said. Chaos to get to your room at breakfast after breakfast, during checkout. Hotel was oversold, cancelled one of our groups room without a phone call. Sent an email at 1:00am the day prior to respond due to a credit card issue, had to book at neighboring property.
