Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy

No check in Information provided. Multiple outreaches to host. No contact. Phone number not working. Outreached customer service who was not able to reach host. After multiple hours on the phone I was granted a refund but stressful situation as I needed to find accommodations in just a couple hours and very few availabilities due to event in town.

The Condo & Oceanfront
I enjoyed my stay at the condo with a beautiful ocean view. The condo was super clean with all new upgrades. The owners were so kind and accessible. In addition, the people who work at Sea Air Tower were very polite. Parking was quite easy with available valet access. My overall stay was really pleasant!
