Impossible to work with
We didn’t end up staying thanks to the ridiculous way the place is managed. We flew in expecting the listed check in time. Then it’s changed to a two hour window for someone to meet us there. Kind of hard when you are relying on Uber and stuck with your luggage and no where to go… And let’s not forget the off VRBO request for money that comes off awfully sketchy. So now we are out the money it cost to reserve this place. I would stay far away. Horrible communication and way of handling things.

Cancelled reservation the day of
Host not great with communication. Once payment was made, host confirmed the stay. However, host contacted randomly weeks later (not immediately after reserving) to say you actually have to confirm through a 24/7 contact line that is NOT 24/7 at all. I had to follow up multiple times and never got a response. The reservation was cancelled the day of (no refund) and I was forced to find a new place. (the number given was then out of service and the host fails to message me back) Just beware.

we had booked the property on Monday and the owner didn’t get back to us until a day before our check in time. we have a property listed on VRBO so we know how customer service should be and how everything works. This guy just didn’t have it. He lied about the property being open for renting it out and when we got there the 24 hour staff at the front desk, told us that you’re not allowed to rent out the property. because of policy we weren’t allowed to go up to the apartment and have a place to sleep so me and my family had to wait until 3 o’clock in the morning on the phone with Fabio refunding us, and then found a hotel to go sleep at. It was very disappointing to have this happens to us because I have A seven-year-old son and two daughters and the son and it was very stressful. Would not recommend unless you want to deal with it. 0/10

The place itself is a very nice place, however, not so clean, the property manager was a little late but very nice. AC stopped working in the evening, I contacted the 24/7 text line / property manager never got back to me.

Quick stay after a cruise
This place was perfect for our family.,The pools are really nice and have great views. The balcony in the unit overlooked the pool and some of the city, the kids loved it. The unit is clean and modern, we used the airbed for the kids. Location is walking distance to everything. Checking in and checking out is easy too. We would stay here again.
