ROACHES! broken windos, ripped sheets, noisy, and management doesnt care. I was given a generic buianess card when i complianed. AND was sent to 711 for coffee in the morning. Just poor in every way. Cant find a way to upload pucs of the RIACHES! Just stay away!

Hotel Chelsea is a nice place to stay in South Beach. The only thing they could improve on are more accessible outlets or usb connections and a mirror in the bedroom. The outlets are really lacking.

Although it is on south beach so it can be a bit noisy the location is great, the staff is friendly and helpful and it’s in a great south beach location.

The staff were very attentive. Check-in was smooth, room was very nice. Two minute walk to Ocean Drive and lots of eateries and night life. We did not see any of the complaints we read in some reviews. We would definitely stay there again.

This was a great location for our family of 4 for our 1 night in Miami before heading down to the Keys. It was walkable to the beach and the art deco architecture that drew us to this area. It's nice that it was a few blocks off Ocean Avenue, so was quiet. We ate dinner in the restaurant and it was delicious. It wasn't great that the 2 beds were pushed against the wall, and the shower drainage wasn't great. Overall, it was a good fit for one night.

It is noisy. Some people make noise in the mid-night. There is no coffee in the room. No hot water. The staff are friendly and nice.

The staff was great, super helpful and nice and effecient. Place was clean and nice! And they offered happy hour 1 hour of free drinks at their sister hotel that has a rooftop pool! Great place and great people. Highly recommond!
