Great house in Miami
Great location, walking distance to design district which was awesome. House is very nice and property manager was responsive to questions during our stay. Unfortunately we weren’t able to extend our checkout on the last day or even leave our bags at the house while housekeeping was there getting the property ready for the next group, which made the last day a little stressful since we had to lug our bags around before our flight. Otherwise it was amazing and would definitely recommend!

Excellent experience!
My family and I were very pleased with this rental! We used it as a place for my family to stay during the weekend of my wedding in Miami. The house was in perfect condition / clean and the check-in process was very smooth. Everyone involved with the rental from the beginning was very responsive too. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to stay near Wynwood/downtown Miami.

Buena Vista was amazing! Check in process was easy. The host was very accommodating and the place was flat out luxurious. What's most impressive to me is the strategic location. It sits discreetly in the design district unbeknownst to passers by. I would definitely stay again!

PRO - Beautiful property - location is great during day. Quick walk to many shops in design district. - A little pricey -Feels a little sketchy at night. -Many doors/entry points on property. Make sure they are all locked- one of them (a sliding side door) was unlocked when we arrived and we didn’t realize until later. -Additionally gate to front property doesn’t lock. Both TV didn’t work well- we would start a movie and it would shut off by itself and ask for password. Could be issue with wifi? Overall we loved our stay regardless of these.

Highly recommend this house for your trip. On top of how beautiful the house was, the house managers were absolutely amazing and accommodating in every aspect. My girls and I had the best bachelorette trip ever. Matt and Richard made it even better for us :)

This home was very comfortable for me and my family. The entire house was clean except for the showers and toilets (shower's were very dirty). But overall the house was clean, no bugs, all the appliances worked and was newer model's. We loved the neighborhood. Wynwood is 5 min away, miami boardwalk is 15min away. I would definitely stay here again, with the exception of the showers and toilets cleaned and sanitized.

This house was incredibly beautiful, spacious, and in the perfect location. Just a few minutes walking distance from all designer stores in the design district. The house itself was very clean and modern. The property manager was easy to communicate with and promptly answered all questions. I would definitely stay in this house again when visiting Miami! If I could, I would give it a 10 out of 10!

Most Incredible Property & Experience.
I do not have enough good things to say about this property and the owner, Matt. He was incredibly, overly accommodating and made me girls trip completely unforgettable. The property was immaculate and a house out of a dream - modern, well-decorated, and super spacious. The pool and outdoor under-cover area were our favorite spots to hang out, along with the beautiful, fully stocked kitchen. I wish I could give 6 stars - would recommend to anyone!

Great oasis in the city.
We had a great week staying in this villa with family, including several small children. The house is new and beautiful, and it is very well located in the heart of Buena Vista/The Design District. We were within walking distance of several great restaurants (i.e. Mandolin Aegean Bistro, Michael's Genuine, Harry's Pizzeria), playgrounds, and tourist attractions (i.e. Wynwood Walls and Museum of Graffiti). We spent our days on foot exploring parts of Miami we had never seen before and came home to our refreshing private pool. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed, and the property manager was exceptionally responsive to all of our communications. I highly recommend this property to anyone interested in staying in this area!

When I saw this listing I immediately knew it was THE ONE and it didn’t disappoint! The villa is beautiful and so worth it. From the design to the decor to the location, it’s so perfect! Design District Paradise Oasis
This home is by far the nicest Villa rental I have ever been in. It has top of the line EVERYTHING and is literally steps away from all the shops/restaurants of the beautiful Design District. The patio/pool/outdoor kitchen area was perfect for us. The place was like our own private Boutique Hotel Oasis. We had absolutely everything we needed and Matt was the perfect host. He was there when we arrived and gave us his contact info in case we needed anything. These guys are true professionals. The home came with everything you would expect from a 5 star hotel and even more. We will definitely be back and recommend to anyone and everyone!
