Welcome to my Ultra Modern Thai Villa, a peaceful haven near Brickell and Miami Beach. Enjoy the luxury amenities, including a private pool, hot tub, and an entertainer's backyard with a covered BBQ area surrounded by lush greenery. This property is designed to offer an unforgettable, rejuvenating experience in the most central location in Miami. The property is just about a mile outside of Brickell and a quick 10-20 minute drive to Miami Beach, Wynwood, Design District, Downtown, Coconut Grove and Coral Gables. Although just minutes away from anything you would want to do in the Miami, this home is the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life.

This newly renovated house is made up of two structures: A main house (3 bedroom/2.5 bathroom) and a guest house (2 bedroom/1 bathroom), perfect for larger groups or families, with large gathering areas in the main house and back yard. The backyard is spacious, with plenty of room to relax all day in the sun or in the shade under the large terrace that has a grill and plenty of seating. You will have access to the entire property including the full driveway. Each bedroom has one bed; a king size in the primary bedroom, and queen size beds in the other four bedrooms. The couch in the living room is a pull out with linens provided for additional sleeping quarters upon request.
