The main living space is professionally designed to be tasteful as well as comfortable for your stay. The open-plan kitchen has everything you will need for your stay including a toaster, cooking pots, utensils, and even a coffeemaker. From the kitchen island, you look out to the living room/dining area as well as beautiful views through panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows facing the Intercoastal Waterway.
The dining area has a table and four chairs. The dining area leads into the living room which has a comfortable sofa bed along with a Smart TV and free WIFI, perfect after a long day at the beach.
The master bedroom includes 1 queen size bed, 1 full bath, a TV, a small walking closet, and direct access to the balcony.
The Secondary Bedroom has 1 queen-sized bed and 1 double bed, TV, closet, and 1 full bathroom, a private small balcony.
Inside you'll find beach and bath towels, washcloths, fresh linens and additional linens for the sofa bed, and complimentary toiletries.
The guest has access to a private beach in Hollywood (10 minutes walk away) or take the free shuttles for a relaxing beach time, and use the Top-Tier facilities like the 1,000-square-foot, fully equipped Fitness Center located on the lobby level, overlooking the building outdoors, a waterfront pool.
