Awesome location in south beach
This is a great place to stay if you are in town and the property location is simply unbeatable! Pretty much across the street from beach access, within walking distance to all the south beach main attractions and very comfortable accommodations.

Perfect getaway spot
This place was AMAZING! From check in to check out, so easy and it was extremely clean and nice. They had everything you could need and the location is perfect for restaurants, beach time, going out and also easy access to the bridge over to downtown. Will 100% be staying here again!

Very clean. Roof top pool is nice; it is 3ft deep. 3 separate balconies; 2 on front side of building that provide a section of ocean view and 1 on the back side overlooking the streets/buildings. Would stay there again.

Great location!
We had 4 adults and 2 young children. The location was so nice. The kids loved the pool on top of the building. It was so nice to have the two separate rooms with 2 baths and washer and dryer. The kitchen had all we needed and it was a close walk to the restaurants.

What a wonderful property, Corner of Ocean Drive and Fifth st. Close to all the action, yet a quiet, well maintained suite and building. Two balconies one facing east and the ocean, and the other west, provide sunrise or sunset views, take your pick. Miss it already.

PARADISE
The location of the property is hands down one of the best. Convenience store & liquor store are a block away, beach is across the street, great restaurants all around... On top of that the condo itself was very roomy and well equipped, check-in and check-out were a breeze. Uber was a 20 minute breeze to the airport and drivers were always extremely quick to pick up. This beats the hotels in the area by a long shot!

Great location one block from the beach!
The condo was just as described and worked perfectly for our needs. A couple of points to be aware of: the a/c in the bedrooms is terrible - we were very hot every night but the main room was nice and cool; the office where you check in is not at the actual location but down on the corner, and you need to have cash to park your vehicle. Otherwise, it was clean, had all of the amenities we needed and is an amazing location.

Check in was Amazing with Andy! Parking was literally right there & I could keep my keys to come & go. But the place... WOW!! Amazing View and all the comforts of home. You could literally walk out the building to Amazing Coffee & pastries in the morning. You could walk across the street to the most Beautiful Blue Water! Oh & the night life & most amazing food all in walking distance. I Never had to move my car!!! We went for friends 40th Birthday and had a Great Time! Easily accompanied all 6 ladies!!! The roof top pool with ocean view! Can’t wait to return.

The stay was great I had minor issues but for me nothing to give a bad review behind. The host was very responsive, I believe the Vrbo message app was just a little delayed. In the mix of enjoying family time and Miami itself I didn’t see the replies on time. But again that was fine with me. One main issue I had was resolved in a timely manner so I appreciated that. The property was beautiful, location perfect right where you need to be. My only recommendation would be minor updates such as paint job, in one area of the balcony had 2 chairs but one cushion was missing. The water pressure in bathroom was not good which I read in another review on location. Overall I will definitely be staying here again in the future everything good about the property and location and the host out weighs the minor fixes which are easy adjustments. I would recommend this property to others including my family and friends.

Miami is one of my favorite city to visit. i have been renting condos all this time but never was a scammed before. This unit was lusted 3 bedrooms on the VRBO site that is why i have rented. we were 6 People and a kid. I have rented 3 bedrooms unit but when we went to the unit surprisingly there were only 2 bedrooms. we could not get nowhere with the manager about the problem of supposed to be 3 bedrooms. She blamed on VRBO site we called VRBO they said that they have nothing to do the add unit posts on their platform. I had to rent a room next door hotel sleeping away from my family. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE
