Miami disappointment
Upon arriving after a long day of travel, we had no info on how to enter. After several minutes on a call with a VRBO agent, who somehow got the door code, we were able to enter. Attempts to contact the host were unsuccessful. 1 of 3 BR was locked. There was no info sheet about the property: WiFi, garbage, light switches…Amenities listed were absent: W/D, hair dryer. Also obvious needed items: bath mat, dish sponge and towels, toaster or toaster oven, auto dishwasher soap, dish drainer were absent and therefore purchased. Towel rack in one bath was not correctly installed, causing it to fall. My trip was erased from the app, so there was no simple way to contact him. Contacting VRBO to seek some remedy would have involved losing much time. We decided to “make the most of it”. It would appear that though “recently renovated “ it still needs more.
