It was unfortunate there was construction going on, so they did not have a real restaurant We didn’t hear any noise from the construction The pool area was immaculate. Everybody was nice and helpful. The gym could i’ve had newer equipment, but it was fine The beach was great and we had some great sunrise images and pictures

Got a room with view of a wall and some unmaintained plants after booking an ocean view room. Most of the amenities mentioned in the website were not available or not functioning yet they charge you resort fee

Hallways and rooms carpets has lot spots seems really dirty.. room a/c wasn't working and they don't have free parking, they charge $33 extra for self parking on the other side of the building

Heated Pool is great - beach is great too but you should not be charged $25 for a beach umbrella when resort fees are $33.80 per day (per person). Ice machine on our floor but no glasses in our room.

We were treated very poorly. We chose a room with a sea view and they left us almost next to the highway. We asked for a blanket and the hotel said they were out of stock (ABSURD)

Incredibly friendly staff that were also very professional. Unfortunately the hotel rooms are very nasty. After checking into our initial room, we asked to be moved due to how gross it was. The friendly staff made the accommodation, and the next room was better, but not by a lot. We had 3 other rooms with our group and none were any better. This is our 4th time staying here, over about 7 years, and it’s been under renovations every time. This most recent stay will be our last until the rooms are remodeled. Nasty couches, carpet is curling and lifting, dirty. The outdoor pool area is excellent. Safe and walkable area with good food options. Love the area and location, just hope they can do something about the rooms soon because they’re pretty rough…
