Fantastic location, fairly nice property.
The manager/owner leaves a lot to be desired. I was sent an additional contract to sign 36 hours before I was scheduled to check in to this condo I had had booked for over a month. The contract was over the top, and I refused. They didn’t respond to my multiple efforts and channels of communication until I arrived in Miami, causing me a ridiculous amount of stress. I was in town for my wedding, and handling arrangements for my entire party, so I really didn’t need any more, but thanks anyway, Jason!
The place itself was fine, but the photos made it seem bigger and cleaner than it actually was. Minor repairs recommended in several spots. Water pressure was terrible and I think we shared a hot water heater with another condo. I imagine this is usually rented by spring breakers, so that explains a bit.
Owner allowed me early check in (2 hours) when I finally was able to contact them. They texted me “Normally we charge extra for an extra early check in, but we were able to help you out, so please help us out with a nice review. Thanks.”
This is as nice as I can be. I don’t want to lie to people.
PS The wedding was beautiful. We are SO happy!
