Didn’t like: Small bathroom. One facecloth each day. Cloudy/dirty/ smeared windows to balcony. Thin walls/noisy neighbor kids. No lobby coffee - cafe expensive. Tv glitchy, lagging, interrupting. Liked: Beach access and towels and chairs. Clean grounds, hallways, lobby. Room clean and comfortable. Valet parking while expensive. was prompt and friendly. Daily housekeeping except only one facecloth per day for two of us.

I didn’t receive any upgrades or any options without paying more money. We asked for a corkscrew and they wouldn’t bring one to the room. The hotel was a 3 star but fine for a couple nights

Lobby is nice. Room was noisy from construction and people next door. Garbage in the hallway was still there after a week. Beach chairs were only there one day of the week I was there. Front desk staff was unusually unfriendly. Not a typical of Radisson property. Never again!

When I first got there Iwas able to check in early and check out before Noon which was good since my flight was at night. 🤗 Loved the location with beach access. Workers were ALL friendly. Hotel showers were HOT which was great! Only negative thing was that the AC temperature would only go to 68. Overall great stay.

When we first arrived it took valet way too long to come take our keys after looking at us, and sitting there doing nothing in between taking care of everyone else but us. They were rude and communication was horrid. Front desk unfortunately could barely answer any of my questions. The bathroom sink was disgusting looking like it hasn’t been wiped down in days. The coffee situation in the room itself was odd, only one cream packet for two people? Super thin walls could hear everyone and everything including slamming doors all around us. You’re next to the street so you can hear all of that as well. No room service from the restaurant was pretty odd to me. They seem to not have enough staff. The only nice thing was that we were on the beach and could walk to it. This place needs so much work, and I would not recommend nor stay here again.

The rooms are decent, comfortable beds, the windows and bathroom reveal how old this hotel is - as do the hallways. The lobby has been nicely renovated but this is an OLD and worn hotel. And that would be ok if staff were friendly which they are not, or the amenities were decent - which they are not. I get it we stayed in “off season” but the room was no bargain and the service was nonexistent. The front desk staff seemed genuinely put out by having to do their job - as did the valets outside and the concierge. The only exception was a female concierge we met on the first day. We loved Miami Beach but were very unimpressed with our stay at this hotel.
