Great first impression. Wonderful location with close access to restaurants and shopping. Great, comfortable beds! The cleanliness could be better, especially the floors. Otherwise, we had a great stay!

Check - In Process Wasn't received but Quick to resolve
I had sent an email to verify where I was to check in. The address was different than the property address so I wanted to know. When I got there it wasn't an office. I called the support line she said I should have gotten an email and text link with check in information. I never did, she sent right over and it turned out we could have gone straight to the property. With traffic even though it wasn't far it was about 45 additional minutes. It was handled promptly and they apologized. Property was great however the elevator wasn't working the whole time and we were on the 3rd floor. THAT was a pain and we were not notified.
