LOCATION: Take in endless ocean views from the rooftop pool deck or take a short 6 minute walk to the beach! Sunny Isles by Roami is the perfect home base for exploring everything Sunny Isles and South Florida has to offer.

The Space:
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking.

ROOM ASSIGNMENT: We furnish all of our properties to a uniform standard, but individual units may differ slightly from the pictures shown. Exact unit is assigned at check-in. Views and square footage may vary slightly.

BEDROOMS: This property sleeps 6 guests in 3 beds. Smart TVs are located in each bedroom. See bed count below:

FREE PARKING: Two unassigned spaces are available in the gated garage, free of charge but on a first-come, first-served basis.

The apartment was beautiful. The refrigerator’s ice machine did not work, nor did the water on the refrigerator. The pool was great, but there were covers on the bottom of the pool which were missing and the light of the pool was hanging there and not on the wall. Hope that these items can be resolved as we would consider rebooking.

Great Location
We enjoyed our stay very much and it’s a lovely location and property. There were some issues with appliances that didn’t get resolved, such as the dishwasher and the refrigerator water dispenser, but the staff do return your messages. Overall, I would stay there again.

Beautiful and spacious property, great amenities and excellent communication with the hosts. They had everything we needed + more. Location is superb, walking distance to beach and restaurants. The whole stay was so great that we are in awe and want to return asap. Sextant did a great job. Highly recommend.
