Close walking to food was great. Complimentary breakfast was plentiful. No laundry services or water machine. Just ice machine on certain floors.

The Bed Rooms Were really nice. The staff were not welcoming and they lacked custoner service. They were not willing to help with luggage and it was basically do it yourself. The free breakfast was disappointing

I liked the view of the water canal. We watched boats of all colors pass by during the night. The next morning we saw a manatee swim by. Overall everything was clean and visually appealing

This was a convenient option if traveling to Port of Miami. The only downside to our room was the lack of a television in the nice sized separate seating area and insufficient pool towels available first thing in the morning when the pool opens. The breakfast can use some attention/organizing (utensils at each food stand to avoid people using hands to handle food stuff. Otherwise, we had no other concerns.. we had a great time in Miami (Uber was a cheaper ride to the port)

There was no tea coffee facility in the room nor there was any glass to drink water. Bathroom had no door. With 4 adults sharing the room with no bathroom door was ridiculous. Front lady on the desk was very unhelpful. When I asked to change the room she was asking me to call expedia as I booked from there and she can’t help us with anything. She was denying anything I was asking for. I asked for a cup and she said no, i asked to use front desk phone to make a local call as my cell phone would have roaming charged if I called from my phone but she denied my request. I would not recommend this hotel at all as after a long travel you want some peace instead of going through this.

Recaption was not friendly at all ( Kevin was on noon and morning duty ) not with is only he was not nice almost with every new guest during our 7 days stay . Most of the staff they don’t smile even when we asked them some thing they don’t help they look like depressed all times Staff are very weak in English seems like we r not in USA They don’t clean daily even when they clean at the 3rd day was not good . Pool was too dirty Breakfast was poor and not enough tables , We ask about low price parking but they don’t help , they pushing for hotel Valet parking which is $50 daily But luckily we find out public parking next to hotel with $20 overnight . Two elevator only and very busy on the morning times It will take us waiting almost 10 mints Bathroom bathroom overfills Location is perfect it’s walking distance from Brickell down town , Reaturant and shoping area Great location for people to visit south beach almost 15 mints by Car Walking distance to Bayside park , very nice area to visit
