Lost our reservation. Stuck us in a room with 2 double beds. Elevator didn’t work, lugged 90 pounds up 3 flights of stairs. AC didn’t go below 75. Tried to kick us out the next day to clean room we were in while our actual room was being prepared. Asked for time frame and couldn’t give us one. After arguing with the lady, she allowed us to stay in our room until we were ready. 3 hours later room still wasn’t ready. Waited 30 minutes in lobby. Told us the elevator was working, it was not and had to pull luggage up 3 flights again. No worker offered help. New room still wouldn’t go below 75, fridge was warm, shampoo/ conditioner empty and broken. Asked them to fix ac, said they did. Still didn’t work. Offered us another room and then said room was unavailable. Finally offered a fan which did help. My only regret and worst part of the trip was this hotel. I would never recommend to anyone. Extremely stressful.

Reservation was lost. Gave us a room with 2 double beds, AC wouldn’t go below 75. Tried to kick us out the next day to clean the room we were in and that our room we were suppose to have was being cleaned. We asked how long until our room was ready, she couldn’t give us a time frame. We said no, we’re not leaving right now. 3 hours later, room still wasn’t ready. Packed up and went to lobby to wait another 30 minutes. Got to our room and ac still wouldn’t go below 75. Shower doesn’t get hot. No shampoo or conditioner in shower bottles. Also broken, took pictures. Fridge wasn’t cold. Elevator didn’t work the entire time. Told front desk the ac didn’t work, told us they fixed it. Still 75. Offered us another room, then said room was unavailable. Finally offered a fan which did help. Had to lug 90 pound luggage up and down stairs three times. The hotel was my only regret and worst part of the trip.

Scummy guy at check-in tired to scam me into paying a 2nd time. Failed to mention the parking garage doesn’t allow motorcycles. Too many blinking lights in the room. Couldn’t black it out. No coffee bar in the morning. Bed was super comfy but not returning.

The room itself was beautiful, the bed was comfy and it had a lot of amenities I was looking for including a mini fridge, coffee machine, and safe. The hotel felt very secure, as the door locks automatically behind us, and there is an additional deadbolt lock and door stopper for additional safety. A few things were broken in the room however. The bathroom door couldn’t close all the way, and therefore couldn’t lock for privacy purposes. The outlets built into the desk were not working. Also the TV had instructions for how to do screen mirroring on your phone, but it was not connecting (I believe because the TV was not connected to the wifi and we had no ability to connect it ourselves, as that part of the menu was greyed out). So the TV was useless. Oh, and I really relied on the water dispenser in the lobby but after our first night, it broke and it was out of service for repairs for the rest of our stay. Overall, great but not amazing. The location was perfect for our needs, as we were visiting the convention centre, and it was just a few minutes walk from the beach, which meant we could leave all of our stuff at the hotel and just jump right in.

Great location close to good restaurants, shops, and the beach! Parking not great but that’s ok. Walls were quite thin and could hear other neighbours in their rooms. The rooms did feel stuffy at times. Overall great location and great price! We enjoyed our stay!
