We stayed in Room 131, this was garden view ground level. No hot water available for showering. They did ground maintenance at 7am with noises so loud we had no other choice but to wake up and get moving as rest was not an option. The only plus side was ocation.

Hotel is excellently situated for easy access to many places to visit e.g. Ocean Drive. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Excellent entertainment right on the doorstep. We would definitely return to this hotel

While the room was okay, the service charge of $34 is a rip off. It is to cover room refreshments, 2 cups of coffee, towels for use by the pool. We checked in near 5 and checked out at 1100. It was raining so you couldnt use the pool. I would recommend that if you need a taxi, do not ask reception to order one. We did and it cost us $80 to Miami Port. On a positive note, the staff at the adjoining restaurant are very friendly and the service is great.
