My brother booked my stay at the Fritz and didn't the reviews. He should have read the reviews especially the reviews with 1 or 2 stars. The hotel is old. The initial suite we were in at first had a water leak in the bathroom so they changed our room. The next room the toilet would not flush because it wouldn't fill up with water. The electricity went off and they didn't even offer a discount of our money back. They don't changed your bed sheets. You have ask them to give you bed sheets and towels. I had to put clean sheets on the bed myself. It was a horrible experience for us. I will never stay there again.

The Fritz is right in the middle of the proverbial action. Toward the end of Ocean Drive but a 5 minute walk and you’re in the Art Deco District. 5 minutes the other way you’re in South Pointe! Amazing value, great vacation spot!!

Excellent location right at the end of the art deco strip, but surprisingly quiet. Rooms are spacious and very clean and daytime staff is friendly. Rooftop deck and pool were a nice touch. Wifi signal could be stronger. Overall really good stay.
