We really enjoyed our stay here! The location is great. Lots of restaurants and parks within walking distance. Lots of shopping around the area. Incredible view of the water and boats. Rooms with great soundproofing, which is especially important with little kids. Overall well stocked units, although if you are staying all week and have kids you will need to stop at store for some basics (paper towels, higher quality toilet paper, laundry detergent, dryer sheets) Very friendly staff and quick response from host one needed. Pool is salt water and so nice! Highly recommend a stay here! Thank you, Miami vacation rentals :)

Great location and view, could use some creature comforts
The view, location, balcony and pool are outstanding! We were 2 couples in town for a long weekend and engagement party. The apartment is spacious and it is super to have 2.5 bathrooms. The apartment was quiet and well air conditioned. We were comfortable! Be aware that the building itself is modest, not a luxury building (it is also a Best Western hotel). The elevators were occasionally crowded. Inside the apartment, a few creature comforts are needed or need upgrades - a few more hangers and hooks, a fresh carpet, more wine glasses and - oddly- bedside lamps that turn off at the bedside rather than across the room. It was a really solid place to stay with our adult kids in a terrific location.

Breathtakingly beautiful
Wow! What an incredible view and location. Wonderful apartment felt like we were staying in a large two bedroom suite in a luxury hotel with all the amenities. I am originally from Coconut Grove and can say that this is a premium place to stay with an even better view than the Ritz next door. Lots of great restaurants near by. We have kids and they were very happy to try three different Ice cream places.Great for families playground right across the street and heated pool. Plenty places neeby to walk and explore.Host was great about checking in to see if we needed anything and staff was friendly and helpful.

Beautiful condo with great view
We enjoyed our stay! The condo is very light, cheerful and nicely decorated. The view is spectacular from the living room, kitchen and master bedroom. The second bedroom has a view too. All as advertised. Bring your own coffee filters as I was told those aren’t supplied. We did end up finding some that someone left though which was helpful.

If you want a comfy bed and clean floors???
Ill give you the positives first, I have stayed in another units in this building a few times that was completely beautiful and fabulous, with no complaints at all. 5 star. The management team are great and really try to be so helpful, we really love them. We also understand that problems can arise when you are renting many apartments with a high turnover. Very Happy with the Management team. The general feeling of the property was OK, the views of the bay are beautiful. The master bedroom was lovely with a comfy bed, bathrooms clean lots of towels, the living area was very comfortable. the kitchen was OK but lacked enough kitchen supplies and the frying pans were old and badly scratched. My disappointments - The 2nd bedroom had a bed that was like a mountainous valley, was sooo uncomfortable, when we explained that this was not a bed that anyone could sleep in period, we were told at first that no one had complained about this yet. Then we had to wait for someone to come and see this mattress to then agree that this mattress was really bad and unsleepable.I have never experienced in all my years of VRBO sleeping in such an awful bed and basically being told that we are going to have to put up with it, We asked for a credit as we couldn't use the bed and were told that the owners did not agree with giving us a credit. in any way shape or form for this, so basically we had the use of the room but couldn't sleep in said room. My HUsband and I have rentals and understand problems happen, when they do we make it right for our guests. I was so choked to hear that the owners didn't seem to care. My next disappointment was the floors as they were beyond dirty and sticky, they did try to clean these floors which did help a little, my husband thought it was to do with the cleaning products they were using that was damaging the surface of the floors. So every morning my husband would clean the floors with water and a towel . Slowly they became cleaner and less sticky. They did give us back our cleaning deposit to cover the dirty floors and the fact that we had to keep cleaning them. I think by the time we left the apartment the floors were starting to shine and feel clean. I would definitely stay in the building again, and have future reservations, as I said earlier I love the management company, even though we felt they dropped the ball on us this time, but normally they are amazing. I would never stay in this particular unit again.

Great location!
The location was great with beautiful views. The location is ideal because from the front door there are many places to eat and shop. The area is safe and there are plenty of people out and about even into the evening hours. The apartment itself is quiet and very comfortable. It made for a great get away and we would definitely book again!

Disgusting - Couldn’t pay me to stay here again.
Stay clear of any unit in this building owned by “Miami Vacation Rentals” (aka - Silvia, aka- Gabriella, aka - Jennifer). This is by far the most disgusting, nasty rental I’ve ever experienced in my life. We had to keep our shoes on inside the unit because our socks were getting black and sticky b/c the floor was so terribly dirty. We would’ve cleaned it ourselves but there were zero cleaning supplies. The sliding glass doors are filthy, obstructing the view. Both couches had enormous stains on them. I had to place a sheet over the couch in order for our guest to feel like they could sit on it. It was embarrassing and gnarly. Who in their right minds thinks this is okay?? How can you charge people an arm and a leg and keep your units looking like a nasty pig pen? There was not one single dish or glass I took out of the cabinet that didn’t have to be hand washed before use. One plate had a live bug on it when I pulled it from the cupboard. The showers were beyond gross. The furniture is cheap and peeling. It’s clear that these owners couldn’t care less about the upkeep of these units. Our family was staying in another unit in the same building, also rented by Miami Vacation Rentals and that unit was also beyond disgusting. By far the worst rental experience we’ve had. On top of it all, the people handling rental communication are rude and patronizing. Bottom line - no one in my family will ever return to any of the units in this building. You could not PAY us to stay here again.

Beautiful Coconut Grove
Very pretty property. Well maintained and clean when we arrived. Kitchen was well stocked and I appreciate the regular Mr. coffee pot along with the Nespresso machine. Since the Nespresso pods aren’t free and you have to pay for them. They provide 3 initially per room. Location couldn’t have been better. View is killer! Communication with site manager was good. We spoke via text mostly. There were 5 of us staying here. Two in master bedroom, two in other bedroom and 1 on the pullout couch. There are 2.5 bathrooms. The 1/2 bath didn’t supply any towels. Not even to dry your hands on after using it. We asked the site manager for one more hand towel for the bathroom but they said no and that we can use the washing machine to launder the towels. There were plenty of bath towels provided. Another suggestion would be to provide more hangers. There were 3 (two of which were holding the robes that were provided… nice touch) in each main bedroom closet and maybe another 4-5 in the hall closet. Not a huge issue at all but the unit sleeps 6 people. Lots of clothes to hang. Just a suggestion. And then lastly, each shower has shampoo/conditioner and body wash dispensers but they’re basically empty. I knew ahead of time to bring my own stuff but providing that to your guests would be a nice complimentary feature that goes a long way. Again, just a suggestion! The dishwasher ended up having an issue (water wouldn’t drain after full cycle ran) so we couldn’t use it but that at all but it wasn’t really an issue. The washer and dryer in the unit is a bonus for sure! Overall, a great stay! We will be back!

Great location
Walking distance to food and great area for walking and seeing views of water. Great location for vetting around the city by car. Beautiful view from unit. Clean unit but white furniture and outside chairs could be spruced up a bit. A few little snafus but they were resolved in a timely manner. Overall, you can tell the owners care about the property and try to keep it well maintained. My family loved it and we would stay again. Thanks for a positively memorable vacation!
