The open design Kitchen-Dining Room-Living Room invites you to relax with your favorite drink literally anywhere – at the kitchen’s center island, in a cushy couch in front of the flat-screen TV, or at the chic dining room table, perhaps to share a meal or snack with your family or friends. There’s also a tranquil view from any of these spots out to the calming, Zen-like backyard and pool area.

To abide by all legal requirements and property security rules, you may be asked to participate in a guest prescreening. All guests are required to review and sign Juniper Holiday + Home's Guest Occupancy Agreement prior to check-in. While we understand that events can affect your trip, it is our policy to stick to the agreed upon cancellation policy in the listing. We recommend purchasing a vacation travel insurance policy if you suspect that you will need to cancel your vacation.

Contactless Check-In: Detailed check-in instructions will be sent via text or email two days before your stay, provided all guest agreements are completed.

The minimum age to rent this home is 25.

A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver is included with your reservation. This waiver covers accidental damage or loss to the rental property caused by you or members of your party up to a maximum of $2,000. This plan does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.

For guests that would like to bring pets we agree that pets are part of the family, and we welcome up to 2 dogs here. All pets must be authorized at time of booking - email us immediately for pet approval if you plan to bring a pet.

Out of respect for our staff and their families, we do not permit check-ins or outs on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Thank you for your understanding.
