"It was our first time in the UP and the lodge was perfect. My wife and I loved, and spent most of every evening in the lounge area playing the pinball and dart games. If we ever make it up that way again, we will definitely be staying at the lodge. Even the couple that we came to visit didn’t know it was here and are getting there family members to stay there when they visit. "

"Property is in an easily accessible location, with convenient day trips to hiking, waterfalls and forest. The property is set up for multiple guests. Some bedrooms perhaps overcrowded with beds, but it depends on your needs. We will only used the main bedroom. It had a nice balcony and view. Casual, not elegant, but perfect for our needs. "Great connecting spot for our group- 13 guys all had tons of room and beds as well as plenty of bathrooms. Was a great spot for the different ORV trails we rode in the area. Good Restaurants are about an hours drive so I would consider cooking in or planning to spend at least 2 hrs round trip for some of the great choices or food in the area, from Iron city to Marquette. Overall great place with an awesome lodge and the sauna was icing on the cake for me. Would stay again. "
