"There was zero service. We saw no staff for the length of our stay. reception was closed throughout. Although breakfast is advertised as starting at 8am, when we arrived at the property and checked this we found out that breakfast had to be booked by 5pm the previous day. This was written in small type on a 'welcome' note. So no breakfast. The photos & description of the property imply that it is close to the beach. It isn't! Its at least 1/2 mile away across a busy road."

"The room had everything we needed and it was clean. The personnel was friendly and breakfast was very good. The negative side was that our room was next to the entrance/exit and the noise of ppl getting in or out didn't let us sleep. The room is a little bit outdated. However, overall our stay was good and yes I would return to this place."

"My wife and I stayed here with our grandchildren we all loved it. Plenty of room and 3 balconies. Very comfy beds and nice sized bedrooms. Only Downside is the steep stairs and the toilet is downstairs so going to the loo on a night is a bit of a problem but apart from that everything was good. Very near to the beach and restaurants and very good Baker. Bonus 2 bicycles for your use, excellent for the trip to the bakery"

"Wir hatten ein paar wunderbare Tage in Middelkerke und eine Wohnung direkt an der Strandpromenade. Wir wurden am Anreisetag sehr freundlich von Bart empfangen. Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön und die Wohnung war für uns 2 Erwachsene, ein Kleinkind und ein Hund perfekt. Alleine das Badezimmer könnte einen neuen Anstrich gebrauchen, aber alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr gut und qualitativ gehoben. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren auch vorhanden und das haben...
