"Lovely villa with all modern equipment, only 3 years old and in top class condition. All en- suite bathrooms well equipped and lovely walk in showers in three of the bedrooms. Good location about 10 minutes into Trogir centre and 10 to 15 minutes walk to beach. The hoste met us on arrival and was very helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend this villa, we stayed with friends and very spacious."

"A little upset in that the photos of the en-suite bathroom were not quite what they seemed. Very very tight and smell coming from the drains. Coffee machine didn’t work, villa felt like it wasn’t really ready for guests. Tiny pool towels, only 2 chair covers for pool chairs, pool edge was green. "The house is well positioned for local small pebble beach access. There was a lot of construction on at the time which was t explained until we arrived, it wasn’t disruptive to us but some may have found it so. This is for a new beach and apartment complex which will significantly improve the amenities and look of the area, due completion in 2025. "One of the best experiences we have had in a privately rented out house. The owner was extremely friendly and treated us Ike family. The house is walking distance to the center of Strobrec, a suburb of Split with its marina and restaurants. There are also beaches just 3 minutes away which we enjoyed. We just stayed for one night but will definitely try to come back."
