I thought for such a decent price they would be providing minimum requirements of a “motel” Room and hotel amenities are far from accurate , We reserved a large family room , There is no tv , there is no option to hang your wet beach clothes, no mosquito screens on windows. This is almost the furthest south of Turkiye and AC was not working. They asked to check it after we left today but...

Es gab nur einen einzigen Mitarbeiter im Hotel, der offensichtlich überfordert war, was sich negativ auf die Servicequalität auswirkte. Die Sauberkeit ließ ebenfalls zu wünschen übrig, und das gesamte Hotel machte keinen gepflegten Eindruck. Der einzige Pluspunkt des Hotels ist die zentrale Lage. While some staff were very kind and helpful, the manager of this hotel is a very rude man that doesn't know how to treat customers and lies about the amenities offered by the hotel. The air-conditioning stopped working on our second night. The manager knew it had a problem but still kept us in this room. My biggest nightmare was the parking. As everyone can see it says it has parking and that is free, however, besides to be a very hard place to reach...
