"Enjoyed staying at Quest Toowoomba but didn’t appreciate the attitude from one member of reception staff "

"After a mix up with my booking on the first night much of it owing to me being a late arrival on a public holiday it was all sorted out by the manager Julianna the next morning and my stay here in room 202 on January 2nd to 3rd was one of the most pleasant and enjoyable I’ve had. I stayed in a Queen room as per my intended booking and I made the right choice. The room was very spacious, comfortable bed, lounge chair looking out to Queens Park, dining table, work space, air con and private bathroom. The room had tea, coffee, fresh milk, biscuits, microwave, toaster, basic utensils and dishwashing liquid. The property has a pool that’s nicely lit up in the evening and it’s directly across the road from Queens Park. They offer continental breakfast packs. During my stay on the second afternoon Sophia at reception helped me with a basic request and I noticed her keep the property yard clean from rubbish - a big tick. I thank Julianna and Sophia going out of their way to help me."

"Checking was easy the room was nice the only thing I would say is housekeeping in the rooms need to dust skirting boards but apart from that I was happy with my stay you can park up and walk everywhere "
