"Check in and out process were very easy, parking is limited but we found a spot each day we were there. Cleanliness could be significantly improved, there were stains all over the couch, the walls were visibly dirty with stuff caked on them. The sheets on the bed were these weird disposable sheets I’ve never seen before and the lighting in the rooms was absolutely awful. The location and general set up was convenient. You could walk to Broadway (a bit of a long walk) or take a short Uber/taxi...

"We are Nashville locals but it was my daughters birthday and we wanted an overnight staycation. Sonder was an excellent choice. Very clean, spacious, and welcoming. Easy communication on how to check-in. Location was perfect....right on 2nd Avenue. A short few blocks and you are right in the Nashville action of Broadway. Will definitly keep in mind if we want to stay downtown again. "

"Great location and nice property. There was miscommunication on the arrival time. The day before I was called and I told the representative that I would be arriving between 1:30pm and 2:00pm. I arrived at 2:00pm and the code would not work for the door. I called the concierge and they said the unit had not been inspected and would not be available until 2:30pm. "Clean, comfortable and great location. I think someone was giving a hippo tango lessons upstairs, though. It’s irritating that they make us not only pay for my own TV source (e.g. Hulu), but mow also pay for Chromecaster just to watch TV at the end of the day. Also note that the ground floor looks out into a parking lot and sidewalks, so you have to keep the curtains closed if you don’t want to feel like you’re in a fish bowl. Otherwise, it’s a fine place to stay. "
