"This is a beautiful hotel. The morning staff were helpful and responsive. Our room was directly above the front door and we heard the noise every time the door opened. The faucet in the shower was broken. (They are apparently waiting on parts). When we arrived, we asked the evening staff if she would use their commercial freezer to freeze the packs that help to transport my elderly parent’s medicine. She refused because she said the room had a freezer compartment. It didn’t keep the ice...
