Worst experience
This was the worst experience ever we booked here 6 weeks in advance when we got here from hull with my missus and kids an 3 year old and 8 months old baby knly to find that someone else had booked it the same time and they were already here and when i phoned up the man didn't want to no plus they took our money it took my partner 3 hours to find another place amd het our money back the man was so rude didn't even apologise or offer us an alternative..
