"Simply perfect! This super well-stocked and clean cottage was just what I needed for a quiet, restful getaway. The gas fireplace and rocking chair on the dock were the cherries on top. And it was a great location to tons of wineries and Geneva if you need to go out--but why would you want to leave, lol!"

"Made reservation through 3rd party. Office had no record of it when I was checking in. I had to show that my account was debited for the rental. Area is very crowded with RVs. Was greeted by campers yelling at me to slow down, even though I was doing the tmph speed limit. Not a good environment if you don't have an RV."

"We had a nice time at Maryann's property last week. The location was great and was in the middle of many great wineries, restaurants, and towns. The cottage was clean and it was beautiful to wake up on the lake! The sunrises were incredible!"

"Located at the end of a dirt road along the lake, this cozy home leaves little to be desired. It’s off the beaten path and provides seclusion as well close proximity to the wide variety of wineries and towns in the area. The host was wonderful; calling before our arrival to ensure there were no questions, and informing us of a temporary power outage the day we were to arrive. The home was well kept, fully stocked, and clean upon our arrival. The Finger Lakes is one of my favorite vacation...

"2 couples, stayed there in mid November. House inside and out is practically brand new. Kitchen is well stocked, plenty of towels and linens. It was cold while we were there, but the outside deck is very large and spacious. Grill could use some help, and there are no TVs. Basement is a plus, but we didn't use it. Property manager lives right across the street and greeted us when we arrived to make sure everything was in order. When we come to the finger lakes, we will rent this house again."

"This property has a beautiful lake view with a fire pit to enjoy the serenity of the area. The space was warm and homey feeling. We really enjoyed our stay. My brother is handicapped and there was a very sweet lady named Cynthia who was working in the yard when we pulled in. She helped us with getting ramps for accessibility into the home."

However, due to the awkward layout, we would have been much more comfortable with privacy window treatments in the front porch area. Also, the shower floor is EXTREMELY slippery. "The property was perfect. Very clean, very well provisioned. The proximity of the house to the water was our favorite feature. "Beautiful view. Hard to overstate how gorgeous it is. Host provides a lot of helpful mod-cons that we didn't expect. Only major issue is ticks! If you bring a pet, do not let it stray from stone driveways and make sure it's up to date on preventive meds. Our (always leashed) dog must have brushed some high grass on walking trails on property and had more ticks on her than I have ever seen at once. "
