"This was a nice room for two people and all the facilities were as described. The photos are an accurate representation. Great communication via WhatsApp/text with Kelvin House prior to our departure, which was greatly appreciated. It would be useful to have a mirror in the room as well as in the shared bathroom. We had to wait 20 minutes for the bathroom to be vacated by the folks in the other room in order to use the mirror. The bed pillows were the bolster type and gave us both a stiff neck on the first morning. We had to borrow two normal pillows from relatives in the area so that we could get a good night's sleep. Overall, great accommodation for a short stay in the area though in future we will opt for en suite accommodation."

Abbie on reception took it upon herself to sort out the error and advised us to relax in the bar while she sorted it out. "A very nice hotel , good rooms and superb food and wines. Dover Sole for dinner was magnificent. Wines chosen from their adjacent wine shop ( corkage £10 per bottle ) were exceptional and good prices for Bin ends. Staff were very helpful , polite and very efficient."
