"We absolutely love the Elmer. We have stayed before and as previously, we were treated wonderfully by everyone. It’s a dog friendly pub & all the team spoilt out dog rotten, and he enjoyed the stay more than us. The room is clean and functional but the food & especially the breakfast nothing short of magnificent. Fresh and local produce making for a delicious meal. "A lovely property in a perfect location. We stayed for 3 nights while visiting friends who moved down to Sussex a few years ago. The property is spacious and well layed out. The view from the master bedroom is outstanding "

"Perfect size for our family clean and bright. The sea views from upstairs were spectacular. Having a 2nd large oven and large fridge/freezer in the utility room was good. Parking good. I'm unable to point out some problems as ther is not enough space."

"3 generations of us loved this house. Straight out the gate to the beach, Summer house to watch the game, kids in the hot tub glorious kitchen to prep and socialise and cosy living rooms. To be honest, a week isnt enough to to try out all this house has to offer. So welcoming and well equipped we couldnt ask for more. Just wish it was a secret so we can book in again."

"House was clean, tidy and bright. Milk in the fridge and hand soap, dishwasher tablets, bin liners etc all provided (not always the case). Just a few minutes walk to Elmer Beach on a quiet residential road. We had a fabulous week here, really enjoyed our break. Thank you!"
