My studio can comfortably accommodate up to two guests, making it perfect for solo travelers or couples seeking a peaceful retreat in Middletown, New York.

The studio has a large, comfortable bed, plush linens, and a cozy workspace so you can stay connected with your loved ones back home or catch up on work when needed.

The studio also features a kitchenette complete with a coffee maker, microwave, and refrigerator, allowing you to enjoy a quick breakfast or store your favorite snacks. However, please note that a full kitchen and washer are not available.

The bathroom is stocked with essentials such as shampoo, body soap, conditioner, and shower gel to ensure you have a stress-free and refreshing stay. Moreover, hairdryer and bed linens are also provided for your convenience.

As a bonus, you can enjoy an efficient in-room heating and air conditioning system, ensuring optimum comfort throughout your stay.

Rest assured, the studio has both a carbon monoxide alarm and a smoke alarm to ensure your safety during your visit.

There is a communal washer available within the building for your convenience. It operates with coins for anyone who wishes to use it.

I want to make sure you have a pleasant, hassle-free stay! To ensure you have the best experience possible and to maintain the property and the good relationship with the community, here are additional house rules:

• Lost keys or forgotten keys incur a replacement fee; the minimum charge is $300

• Any type of illegal activity is strictly prohibited

• Unauthorized early check-in and late check-out charge is $500 plus the equivalent amount of the night(s) impacted

• Please complete the verification, and either pay a $1000 refundable security deposit (which will be returned after check-out) This process is managed by the verification platform Superhog.
