"Lovely place. We had an issue with the air conditioning and after a few complaints we escalated to the manager and he moved us to a new room. He was also very attentive from that point on. The service in the restaurants is friendly but a little chaotic at times - lots of staff running about but not getting a huge amount done. The resort is great though, food and drink exceptional. "

"A warm welcome from my host Alan who was able to organise my golf, dinner bookings and other excursions very effectively. Excellent ambassador for the hotel - always on hand if anything was required: The hotel itself was excellent-exceeded my expectations and even the style and layout help you to switch off and lift your spirits. "An absolutely beautiful hotel. Our room was so comfortable with an enormous bathroom and a view out over the ocean. However, there were various aspects which were a little hit and miss meaning I cant rate the hotel excellent overall. The prices are 5 star, particularly the food, and so you expect excellent throughout. Unfortunately there were a couple of meals and instances of poor service which let it down. "

"Had a wonderful 10 day stay at Chantauvent. Behind the hotel is Blue Bay beach, one of the best beaches in Mauritius. Great opportunity to snorkel and see marine life. "Amazing stay it was so relaxing. Great welcome Davy made us feel so at home and provided anything we needed. She was just fab a great asset to the business. The house was stunning five minutes from the airport, lovely pool everything immaculate, if we are here again this would be our number one choice to stay. "Fabulous Resort. Truly felt like we were in paradise. All the staff were very polite and friendly - Tania at reception and Fazal at poolside. Food for breakfast was great especially enjoyed the addition of make your own juice. Buffet dinner at La Patio was good with different theme each night and Citronella restaurant was also very nice. Would definitely consider returning in the future. "

"We recently stayed at Le Méridien for our honeymoon, and it was an experience we’ll never forget. The moment we walked into the resort, we were greeted with a breathtaking ocean view from the reception area, an absolutely stunning way to start our stay. The resort itself is meticulously clean and surrounded by beautiful scenery, making it the perfect setting for a romantic getaway. The all-inclusive package is a must; it allowed us to relax completely without worrying about additional expenses. The location is also ideal, offering a peaceful retreat while still being conveniently close to local attractions. One of the highlights of our trip was renting the jetty for a private dinner. The food prepared by the private chef was simply incredible, but what truly made the evening special was the outstanding service from our two private waiters. They were not only attentive and professional but also willing to capture special moments for us, taking beautiful photos that we’ll cherish forever. The spa was another high point of our visit, with excellent service that left us feeling completely rejuvenated. While the overall experience was fantastic, we did notice that poolside service could be a bit slow during the day. Additionally, while some staff members were phenomenal, going above and beyond to make our honeymoon special, others were a bit less attentive. Overall, Le Méridien was an incredible choice for our honeymoon."

"Our apartment were cleaned every day the two ladies Jamie and (so sorry ) can't remember her name The chefs Jonathan Charles came over personally to address and issue we had and his assitance were a hand to solve the issue we had thank you to the amazing food and breakfast ,and all the the waiters were very helpful and we couldn't have asked for anything else, spa were amazing most day were felted very relax specially to eloon for helping with an issues Specially Dickens Allover it was a lovely relaxing holiday "
