Perfect Home for Friends/Colleagues
Tina was incredibly responsive, and her home was the perfect amount of space and privacy for four work colleagues/friends to spend time in. Well stocked, great location, so convenient.

Perfect home for visit with Relatives!
Tina's home was so clean, so well equipped and just super comfortable! My family enjoyed it immensely, cooked a wonderful meals for elderly relatives who we were visiting and loved the screened in porch. Would stay here again in a minute!!!

Pleasant family time
Nice sleeping accommodations with all linens provided. Plenty of towels and toiletries in the bathrooms. Lots of seating in the living room and a well stocked kitchen. The screened in porch was pleasant in the early morning (August heat). Plenty of dining space and place areas for family games.

Very clean and spacious
We had a great stay at Tina's property. Her house was immaculate and had everything you would need on a visit. Plenty of sheet, towels, shampoo and condiments. The beds were very comfortable as well and the backyard was beautiful.

Softball Tournament Weekend!
Our softball team was having a 3 day tournament about 20 minutes from this property so it was the perfect location! We stayed with two other families and their daughters so we had 6 adults and 3 girls! This house was just perfect and was so roomy and comfortable for everyone. Every family commented on how comfortable the beds were too! The open layout was great for everyone hanging out and the kitchen was just beautiful and extremely well stocked! We will absolutely look to stay at this home again in the future! Tina was the perfect host and her home is just wonderful!!!

Midlothian House
The property was perfect for the 6 of us adults. The rooms were and beds were large and comfortable, the screened in porch was a huge hit and we spent a large amount of time out on it. Tina was a perfect host, providing personalized touches and accommodating our scheduling needs for flights in and out. Highly recommend and will definitely be a repeat renter for our future visits with our grandkids!!

Tennis Tourney Road Trip
We enjoyed Tina’s home so much and it was very well appointed. She had fresh flowers, a welcome basket of snacks, and wine upon arrival. The home is very spacious and perfect for gatherings. Tina thinks of everything and is very responsive if needed. The backyard is like a meditation zen garden. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Exceeded Expectations!
This was the best stay we've ever had in Richmond. My family (including two young kids) were coming to celebrate Christmas and January and Tina left up her decorations - it was so amazing - the kids LOVED having their presents under the tree. There were other special touches like that all along the way - she had snacks and candy out for us, EVERYTHING you could possibly need in the house -it felt like a home and not a rental. The house has plenty of room for everyone and was even more beautiful than the photos. Highly recommend this house - we would love to rent again!

Great Location and Space
We were celebrating our son’s graduation from VCU School of Dentistry and this was the perfect location. The pictures were spot on and the neighborhood was so soothing and beautiful. This space was huge and had everything you needed and more. We could not use all of the fun amenities due to time. Tina was a great host and answered all of my questions. You should definitely stay here.

Christmas on Red Fern
My family stayed here for our 2nd annual Christmas Pajama Jam and it was perfect! There was so much space for us to move around, the kids to play with their Christmas gifts, and everybody to sleep comfortably. Tina did not overlook any amenity or consideration! Would love to come back at a warmer time of the year to enjoy the outdoor spaces. Thank you Tina for helping our family have a blessed time together for Christmas 2022!

Virginia Graduation Celebration
The property was very pretty, clean and spacious. We celebrated our grandson's graduation with family. However, in the middle of our brunch celebration, I received an urgent message to contact the host, which I did. And to my surprise she asked if we were leaving early because she received information that we were leaving and that my grandchildren would be having a party when we left. I was very upset because I had texted her that it would be a small gathering, mainly grandparents, parents, siblings, aunts and uncles, which it was. There was a total of 15 people, mainly adults. I don't understand why she would think that we were going to leave teenagers alone in her home and I found that very concerning because we are responsible adults and would never do such a thing. Needless to say, our gathering was over by 6:09 pm. Other than that, the experience was nice up until that point. My grandchildren were not staying at the property. They are very well mannered and respectful of other people's property. Also, the house is located near a very busy street and that was not mentioned on the listing, and it was very noisy.
