***Cameras are only placed in all common areas OUTSIDE the property with noise detection. There are no cameras inside the house. The cameras are in place to ensure the safety of everyone.

**Our property is pet-friendly. There will be an additional fee of $150 for pet cleaning. You will need to disclose your pets for our approval before booking. Limit 2 pets max.

Nice cozy house but careful in bathroom
We stayed 5 days 4 nights in Orange County for a family funeral and stayed at SIR living. The home was cozy. It was 5 br 2 ba. Just was nice and accommodating. Now onto the rental home. One bathroom was very outdated and water pressure was horrible. The bathroom cabinet was very old and it shown. Tile shower needs to be replaced. The second bathroom was newer but on our third night we saw a BIG cockroach by the toilet. My brother in law thought it was ‘dead’ and tried picking it up only to find it moving and trying to get away. He eventually squashed it and flushed it down the drain. We were then on our toes with our clothing and food and didn’t trust anything anymore. Overall we probably won’t be staying there again.
