"Very attentive, friendly and polite staff. There was a wide choice of food in the very clean dining room but the lighting made it feel like a canteen. Food/plates could have been hotter though a microwave oven was available. Fruit juice was available and the hot drinks machine offered a selection of coffees, chocolate, milk and water to make tea at breakfast. "Warm greeting from Charlie on reception who was so welcoming, helpful, friendly and patient. Spacious appartment well equipped with many little details making our stay comfortable and pleasant. "This is a super resort if you want peace and quiet without the distractions of "organised events". Even Reception is a 10 minute walk away at another Crown Resorts site. It is only a few minutes walk from the beach and several good restaurants. We enjoyed a two-bed apartment, one with en suite, on the ground floor with a veranda and access to the lawns for sunbathing. Plenty of safe parking too. "I reserved the 'hotel' room but it's a self-contained apartment. This is shown on the booking information and advert. It is not serviced like a hotel so what you see on arrival is what you get for your stay. That being said, I only stayed for 3 nights so for a longer trip, maybe the towels are changed.
