As you step in to the apartment, first you find the second bedroom with a double bed, large wardrobe and the safe in the wardrobe. Next to the bedroom you will find the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and all type of neccessary equipment. Then you enter the open space of the livingroom and diningroom, from the livingroom you have access to the terrace which can be either closed or fully opened so you can enjoy the terrace every season. Beside the dinigroom you gonna find the bathroom with bathtub/shower, toilet and sink. Beside there will be the main bedroom with one double bed and large wardrobe with plenty of storage for you.

Travelcot+highchair must be ordered at least 2 days before arrival, and it costs 30€/stay

Beach towels cost 5€/towel, must be ordered at least 2 days before arrival.

Included amenities for kitchen and bathroom(soap, toilet paper, washing detergent, ect.) are starter packs. After that, it's self-catering

1. Please be quiet from 10pm to 8 am
2. No smoking, no drugs
3. Please keep the building and corridors clean and respect neighbours and community rules
4. Please remove your shoes in the apartment
5. No pets allowed
6. Always turn off airconditioner and keep windows closed when not home
7. Always keep the apartment door locked when leaving the door unlocked. it is a security risk!
8. Please note that we don’t take responsibility for your belongings left in the apartment.
9. In case you notice any problems, please report it to us
10. Before your arrival, we will ask for passport copies of everyone 14+ years old, fill out some other information and also for you to sign a contract. We need that by law for the government.
