"I was not happy that this huge resort that was almost empty ( low season of November / floods) and yet I was assigned a room that had a door separating it from the next one ( junior suite) occupied by family with little kids. Annoyed little with noise. I would have complained but noise stopped around 9:00 PM which was bearable. The staff were very friendly. "

"When we arrived early as check in was 1600 they allowed us to check in and gave us free upgrade which was much appreciated. We dropped bags in bag store and went out to explore and they were brought back to our room at 1600. Very friendly and accommodating staff, especially two women I don’t know their names . English is spoken well. "Clearly the largest hotel in the vicinity. I would describe the hotel as very fit for purpose. The room was spacious with a delightful balcony which allowed the sound of the rolling waves to be heard. The dining room was understandably large but it meant that there was always a place to sit. A great variety of food was available and if you like your pudding then this is the go to place! The staf, whilst busy, were all friendly and attentive. "

"We always use this hotel when we have to fly out of Malaga airport. It is close to the airport, lots of restaurants nearby and very close to the beach. Our flights are super early in the morning so we can’t have breakfast before we leave, but the hotel arranged for us to have a go away meal which was much appreciated! "

"Great stay beautiful location and building very beautiful also. Rooms a bit plain but most importantly clean. Food was a little basic, could be improved.
