An amazing place to visit Milan

It is a very well located modern flat, new furniture, clean, big enough for 4 people. The comunication was very easy and I would repeat my stay if we visit Milan in the future. We recomend it 100%

The staff was super friendly. They held our luggage in their office since they could not offer an early check-in. They personally showed us the features of the room. The room was updated with contemporary wood flooring in a great location near the Duomo. Just be aware that there is significant traffic noise but it did not interfere with our enjoyment or sleep. We would definitely stay there again when visiting Milan.

Spacious apartment in the center of Milan

This is a wonderful apartment in a great location - blocks from the Duomo and Galleria near the center of original Milan. It was also spacious, with a very nice bathroom near the front, two separate bedrooms, and a living/dining area. The furniture was basic but everything necessary was available.

Brera apartment Via Broletto

The apartment is very spacious, clean and well equipped. It is in a great, central location - with plenty of things to do on your doorstep and within close, easy access by walking or public transport to different areas of the city. Everyone from the apartment was really helpful. Would stay again and highly recommend it.

The location is perfect, only minus was we could hear all what was going on outside like there was no windows. Shower was also a bit weird water was splashing all over the toilet. Apartment was clean and we could walk to main attractions.

Getting inside was easy. Upon opening the door to the unit, we were met with a wall of curry odour, not your usual leftover smell, it was operatically stunning. Opened the windows to air it out, the cleaning staff conveniently left them closed to keep the experience intense. This got the room down to a comfortable just-above-freezing temperature, nice and fresh! Next was the clever way the toilet paper holder fell apart just by touching it, nice clink on the floor to help get your senses distracted from the curry. The wifi was interesting too, the router being plugged into a socket that was controlled by the kitchen light switch offered much fun as we tried to figure out why the connection kept disappearing. Having solved that clever puzzle, our attention returned to the curry odour, still pungent even with the air in the room just above freezing. When we returned to the unit after a few hours of strolling through Milan and having dinner (not curry), we returned to the unit to find that cold curry odours are just as intense as hot ones, we were learning so much. Bedtime: we closed the curtains as much as we could and found they did not close the gap, neither in the bedroom nor in the living area. We admired the symmetry for a while, before our thoughts returned to the chemistry of curry molecules adhering to walls and ceilings. The location was excellent, close to La Scala. Staff was excellent at offering suggestions to mask curry with pine fragrance. Left early morning.

Modern Flat-A Bit Noisy

The apartment was nice with very minimalist modern features. The office staff was very nice, especially David and Gabriela. However, having the office 7-8 minutes from the lodging was not ideal. We also think laundry facilities would be an improvement. And it was noisy, even when the windows were shut.

The staff at the agency were very helpful. There was no washing liquid or powder and on request a small amount was delivered personally to me. Some of the appliances such as the washing machine and benchtop appear to need maintenance. The apartment is very well situated and within walking distance of many of the major attractions.

We stayed in apartment on via broletto. There is a lift, to start with. Apartment was nice inside, lovely kitchen and nespresso machine with caffeinated and decaffeinated pods, English breakfast tea bags, olive oils, brown/white/sugar free sugar, and a kettle. We didn’t use overnight, but used hot plate. All cooking utensils are there. Ac worked great and in each room. There’s no external noise at night, so good to sleep. Spacious apartment, so plenty of seating on sofa and dining area. Area is nice and convenient to Zani Vuiggi Milan visitor center (if you are taking day trips), it’s walkable. Duomo, via manzoni, vittorio emmanuel mall is just 10 mins easy walk. We didn’t take metro and tram but there’s tram station outside and metro should be nearby. Bad part- the mattress on single bed should be replaced with a decent and more firm one, else you will get back ache as it slumps. We had an anxious moment during checkout as confused in where to leave the keys and leave apartment unlocked or not. We tried to contact customer care on whatsapp message and call but nobody picked up. So, we left the keys inside after moving suitcases outside the second gate. Rest was fine.

Everything was very crazy around this apartment due to the Winter Olympics in Milano and the street closures. The customer service rep stayed on the phone with me to ensure we were able to enter the building, get the key and enter the apartment. He was kind, patient and helpful. I am very grateful that he stayed on the phone with me the entire time until we were safely in the apartment. The apartment itself was in a great location, was spacious and clean and had all the amenities we needed for our short stay. I highly recommend this apartment.
