Nowhere near 4 star

Definitely not a 4 star hotel not even close, very old and run down , no amenities anywhere near , shower hardly worked , looks like it’s be very been touched since the 80s

Rooms need an update

The rooms really need an update. Old fashioned carpet, bathrooms with semi-functional showers, old faucets, etc. One room was terrible warm, and it couldn’t get fixed. The other room was cold, and it could changed…. Also, several of the rooms face the street where the metro/tram runs - this rooms are really noisy as windows are old without proper noice cancellation. Upside: even during a busy time, the room rate was pretty low. This is the best of the hotel.

Horrible customer service at this hotel. We arrived 45 minutes before the check in time and the room was ready but they would not let us check in without paying $20. They did not give us any wifi info or breakfast info. The front desk staff was very rude. Our shower leaked all over the bathroom floor so we had to use our towels to dry up the water and when we asked for more towels, they would only give us 1 towel. The hotel was dirty, the carpets were dirty, stained and faded. The surrounding area is an industrial zone with very noisy trucks in the morning.

Treningsrom var stengt pga oppussing, dette var ikke opplyst om i forbindelse med reservasjon. Noe støy pga pågående oppussing. Kort veg til trikk som tar deg til Metro eller sentrum. Rommet var rent og hyggelig personell på hotellet.

Stanza un po' antiquata, dimensioni stanza e bagno accettabili, mancavano comodini di fianco al letto e la presa di corrente per caricare si trovava in posizione scomoda dietro i cuscini. Pessima non farò pubblicità positiva, alla reception un ragazzo con zero disponibilità sin dalla mattina per lasciare i bagagli,nessuna indicazione come richiesta per i mezzi, ho regolato 7 euro in più per non polemizzare rispetto il totale sulla ricevuta fiscale, dove mi prendeva anche per.... polemico in tutti i modi. Letto scrizzo alla francese invece abbiamo trovato 2 singoli,pavimento e muri bagno macchiati, doccia dentro la vasca con l ho scarico che non andava, aria condizionata, con il segnale diverso per accensione ma la stanza non refrigerava abbastanza, l unico confort il letto, mai più direi.

Bastante bien

Bastante bien, estuvimos 4 dias; muy simpaticos/as en la recepción, correctos y bien vestidos. En la habitación te dejan café y té de cortesía que reponen cada mañana después del room service, disponíamos de calentador de agua para el té también en la habitación. Una mañana nos pasamos del tiempo del room service por que salíamos a las 12-13 y nos hicieron igualmente las camas; cambian toallas y demás cada día; nos prestaron una plancha de ropa para usar desde la recepción muy amablemente (no nos ofrecieron servicio de lavandería) En el bar disponen de varias opciones de leche (tenemos intolerancia a la lactosa), las consumiciones del bar las adjuntaban a la cuenta de la habitación y lo pagamos todo en el checkout, lo cual es bastante cómodo así no tienes que pagar en cada momento. Algo a mejorar, la iluminación y mobiliario del hall. Sillas incomodas y poca iluminación. También podrían cambiar el gel y champú del baño, es muy básico, sin color y sin olor.

L’Hotel è molto datato, negli arredi, nelle stanze (e i loro servizi) e nelle parti comuni. Le stanze sono piccole, la colazione (non compresa nel costo stanza) molto essenziale è acquistabile solo direttamente in Hotel. Il costo stanza, praticato dall’Hotel, è molto diverso da quello proposto tramite HOTELS.COM , ovvero molto più contenuto in Hotel piuttosto che su HOTELS.COM.
